Free Shipping Details

Free standard shipping is valid on online purchases of $100 or more in the same order at mureandgrand.com.

Gift cards, taxes, shipping fees, Route Package Protection, and prior purchases do not count toward the $100 minimum. Free shipping cannot be combined with certain promotions and is subject to change at any time.

Free standard shipping applies only to orders shipping within the 48 continental U.S. states.

This offer does not apply to international orders, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge where offered.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout when available. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, carrier fees, or import charges that may apply.

EU/EEA Withdrawal Return Shipping

Eligible EU/EEA customers may have the right to withdraw from a qualifying online purchase during the legal withdrawal period.

For EU/EEA withdrawal returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, including postage and packaging, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by Mure + Grand.

Mure + Grand does not provide prepaid return labels for EU/EEA withdrawal returns.

If a valid withdrawal is submitted, eligible outbound shipping costs will be reimbursed only up to the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, as required by applicable law. Any upgraded shipping costs are not reimbursed.

This does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described. In those cases, your statutory consumer rights still apply.

What is Route?

At checkout, you may see Route Package Protection added to your cart. Route helps protect eligible orders that are lost, damaged in transit, or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

The cost of Route Package Protection is calculated based on your order subtotal. You may remove Route from your cart before checkout, but we recommend keeping it for added peace of mind.

If you choose to remove Route Package Protection, Mure + Grand is not responsible for refunding or replacing orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, except where required by law.
