5. Shipping, Delivery, Duties, and Taxes
Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, carrier fees, import charges, or other costs that may apply to their order, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing and handling may depend on the carrier. Mure + Grand is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or other events outside of our control, except where required by law.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, refunds, store credit, final sale items, damaged items, and international-order rules are governed by our Returns + Exchanges Policy and Refund Policy.
Our standard policy is exchange or store credit only for most eligible returns. Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or issued store credit unless required by law or unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that may apply to you.
7. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal
Eligible consumers located in the European Union or European Economic Area may have the right to withdraw from a qualifying online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
This right is separate from our standard Returns + Exchanges Policy.
Eligible EU/EEA customers may submit a withdrawal request through our Submit Withdrawal form before the withdrawal period expires. After submitting the form, customers will receive an acknowledgment by email.
For EU/EEA withdrawal returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, including postage and packaging, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by Mure + Grand. Mure + Grand does not provide prepaid return labels for EU/EEA withdrawal returns.
If the withdrawal is valid, eligible payments will be reimbursed to the original payment method, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, but excluding any upgraded shipping costs. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Our standard exchange, store-credit, final-sale, and international-sale restrictions do not override statutory rights that apply to eligible EU/EEA consumers.
8. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at lovenotes@mureandgrand.com.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when possible.
We will review your request and help with the next steps in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
9. Gift Cards, Promotions, and Discounts
Gift cards, discount codes, promotional offers, bundles, free shipping offers, and other promotions may be subject to additional terms, exclusions, expiration dates, or limitations.
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.
If a promotion, price, or discount appears in error, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order, except where prohibited by law.
