Mure + Grand’s standard policy is exchange or store credit only for most eligible returns. Refund eligibility depends on the item type, order location, condition of the item, and whether the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Standard Refund Policy

Most eligible clothing items may be returned for exchange or store credit only within the return window listed in our Returns + Exchanges policy. Refunds are not accepted on most clothing returns unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Some eligible items may qualify for a refund depending on the product category and condition. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags attached.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds can take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or issued store credit unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Final sale items include, but are not limited to:

  • Discounted, marked down, or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Underwear

  • Fragrance

  • Beauty products

  • Any item marked final sale at the time of purchase

Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us at lovenotes@mureandgrand.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Once reviewed and approved, we will help with the next steps. If a refund is approved for a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we will refund the item cost and applicable shipping costs if needed.

International Orders

International orders outside of the U.S. and EU/EEA are generally final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

In rare cases, we may approve an international return or exchange at our discretion. If approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that may apply to eligible EU/EEA consumers.

Eligible EU/EEA customers may have the right to withdraw from a qualifying online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. This right is separate from our standard Returns + Exchanges policy.

To exercise this right, eligible EU/EEA customers must submit a withdrawal request through our Submit Withdrawal form before the withdrawal period expires.

For EU/EEA withdrawal returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, including postage and packaging, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by Mure + Grand. Mure + Grand does not provide prepaid return labels for EU/EEA withdrawal returns.

If the withdrawal is valid, eligible payments will be reimbursed to the original payment method, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, but excluding any upgraded shipping costs. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Our standard exchange, store-credit, final-sale, and international-sale restrictions do not override statutory rights that apply to eligible EU/EEA consumers.
