Mure + Grand is seeking a talented Retail Operations Assistant to join our team! Successful candidates will be self-starters, creative, able to wear multiple hats and passionate about building the Mure + Grand brand.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in managing the brand's social media handles
Developing and managing relationships with social influencers
Manage store activations and store events
Assist with product creation online and on POS
Assist retail stores with product and signage needs
Assist with customer service requests and exchanges
Work with team to accept and sort new products
Assist team in preparing online orders
Assist with preparing for new store openings
Manage and develop wholesale relationships
Requirements include:
Minimum of two years corporate retail experience
Experience managing website and/or digital platforms
Strong writing skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Ability to learn new skills quickly and apply them successfully online
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment independently
Ability to proactively pitch and manage projects
Ability to work standing for extended periods of time and occasionally lift boxes
Team player
