Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of MURE+GRAND, creating memorable customer experiences while helping guests discover products they love. You'll build genuine relationships with customers, contribute to store success, and help create an inviting shopping environment that reflects our brand values.
What You'll Do
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
- Welcome every customer with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Build authentic relationships by understanding each customer's needs and style.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and styling assistance.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and care.
- Create memorable shopping experiences that inspire repeat visits.
Drive Sales Success
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal collections.
- Upsell and cross-sell products in a natural, customer-focused way.
- Encourage customer loyalty through exceptional service.
Maintain an Inspiring Store Environment
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Replenish merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays.
- Ensure fitting rooms and selling areas remain welcoming and organized.
Support Store Operations
- Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and balance the cash drawer.
- Gift wrap and package purchases with care.
- Help receive and organize inventory shipments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and uphold company standards.
- Be proactive in recognizing and preventing loss prevention risks.
