The Details

Mure + Grand is seeking a talented Social Media + Event Coordinator Manager to join our team. Successful candidates will be self-starters, passionate about the Mure + Grand brand and building an audience for our great content. Candidates must have 2 years of successful audience development / social media experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the brand's social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc)
  • Creating content for social media channels, and website, including images of new products and videos
  • Developing and managing relationships with influencers
  • Developing social and digital strategies around our retail stores, events, and new product launches
  • Manage store activations and store events
  • Working closely with our store managers to develop and promote retail stores
  • Leveraging relevant social networks and platforms and maintain running analysis of those platforms and company performance, using that data to inform actionable plans
  • Photograph products for social media posting
  • Film and edit video clips for social media posting
  • Develop and execute relationships with social influencers
  • Creating and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule
  • Developing benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs
  • Analyzing and evaluating social media campaigns and strategies

Requirements include:

  • Minimum of two years of experience managing social media social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Experience within the retail/fashion space a plus
  • Must have experience developing and managing strategic social media campaigns
  • Samples of successful social media campaigns run by candidate will be required at interview
  • Experience managing website and/or digital platforms
  • Strong writing skills
  • Must have full-time, flexible schedule (Ability to travel to our Cedar Grove, NJ location part-time and ability to travel between store locations)
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and apply them successfully online
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment independently
  • Ability to proactively pitch and manage projects
  • Team player
