The Details

Mure + Grand is seeking a talented Warehouse + Apparel Production Associate to join our team.  This position is an integral part of the Mure + Grand, and is ultimately responsible for delivering joy to our customers! Successful candidates will split their time between t-shirt printing, operating the embroidery machine, and assisting with fulfilling delivery orders to our customers and to our retail stores.

Responsibilities include:

  • Safely operate our apparel printing machine (which includes t-shirt, sweatshirt, hoodies), and heat press to fulfill our retail store orders and direct to consumer orders
  • Safely operate our embroidery machine to fulfill our retail store orders and direct to consumer orders
  • Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks, like unloading, sorting, labeling, and packing, with high quality
  • Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed expectations for quality and delivery speed
  • Ensure warehouse is organized and products are easily accessible
  • Meet requirements for safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime as needed
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team

Requirements include:

  • Work a retail schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Comfortability working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations
  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment
  • The physical requirements for this position include frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs., and may have to occasionally lift up to 75lbs.
  • Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments
  • Great attention to detail, quality, safety, and cleanliness
