Gorgeous Cardigan, the quality is great, it is not thin. It is a cropped cardigan so I ordered the M/L and it fits to my waist (I am 5'2) absolutely love it

Cute Cardigan, Abysmal Customer Service

Cardigan is cute even if egregiously overpriced. The customer service was horrific though. Over the course of nearly a month, I sent three emails to customer service asking if there was an estimated ship date. Never once heard back. Tried to call, their phone number is out of service. I didn’t get anything from them at all until I spammed a couple dozen of their TikTok videos asking for help. Even then, no response from them but the order did finally ship. Will never order from this place again.
