Evil Eye Puff Cardigan

Cardigan is cute even if egregiously overpriced. The customer service was horrific though. Over the course of nearly a month, I sent three emails to customer service asking if there was an estimated ship date. Never once heard back. Tried to call, their phone number is out of service. I didn’t get anything from them at all until I spammed a couple dozen of their TikTok videos asking for help. Even then, no response from them but the order did finally ship. Will never order from this place again.
